Every Water Service Man is trained intensively as a water cooler technician and so is your resident expert. Every time water is delivered he will check your water cooler thoroughly so that it continues to operate perfectly. All components that come into contact with water are, for the sake of hygiene, replaced multiple times per annum with new and sterile components.
We use service kits for the maintenance work, which have been compiled in our technical maintenance department. Here, all components are cleaned and checked to a fanatical degree before being packed in a hygienic manner in the service kits. Thanks to these kits, onsite maintenance takes a mere 5 minutes. Thanks to these strict hygienic standards, your water cooler will only dispense the best water.
But should something go wrong with your water cooler, we guarantee that we will come and sort the problem out within 48 hours.
Minor maintenance performed every time water is delivered
The Water Service Man checks the water cooler every time he delivers water thoroughly with respect to the appliance's hygiene and , if necessary, cleans it. Components that must be occasionally replaced, such as the water filter or the CO2 bottle for sparkling water are also always checked.
Multiple major maintenance per year for your water cooler

Depending on water consumption and preferences, your water cooler will be subjected to major maintenance several times a year. We are the only company in Belgium to replace all components that come into contact with water with new sterile components as a preventative measure. The result is an optimum level of hygiene and complete food safety.
In order to cause as little disruption as possible, on-site maintenance takes a mere five minutes. Everything is excellently prepared: our Water Service Man disassembles the water cooler and replaces the parts that need replacing on-site. To do this, he uses a kit containing all the necessary components, which was compiled in accordance with the strictest hygienic standards in our maintenance department.
Faulty water cooler replaced within 48 hours.
Constant checks and expansive maintenance ensure that Sip-Well water coolers are extremely reliable. Should, however, your water cooler become faulty, then we will replace it within 48 hours. Our technicians will examine the faulty cooler and, if necessary, replace or upgrade it.
Our maintenance and repairs department
In our Maintenance and Repairs Department we employ 10 specialised and experienced technicians to work on the water coolers. All the employees are trained in an external training institute so as to guarantee the highest standard with respect to hygiene and food safety.
Every year the components of over 12,000 water coolers are dealt with. Faulty water coolers are also subjected to a full inspection and are either repaired or updated.
Our service when renting, buying and leasing
As you know, the chance of something going wrong with your water cooler is very slight. But that does not mean we ignore that slight chance. Whether you choose to rent, buy or lease, we always provide a complete service.
If you rent a water cooler, the service is automatically included in full, including maintenance, and repair or replacement, where necessary. Should you buy or lease a water cooler all the maintenance for the first year is included in the price.
