Placing and installation of the water coolers

Our experts will place and install your water cooler, wherever you want: be it down in reception or on the tenth floor. For the bottle-fed water coolers all that's required is a nearby wall socket. For the tap-fed water coolers we'll need a wall socket and a suitable tap.
Within 40 hours of your application, a water cooler will be placed where you want by our specialised team. They will provide you with a detailed explanation on the working and best use of the cooler. Our employees know their field, and you are welcome to ask them anything you wish about water, food safety and hygiene.
The placing of the water cooler is always FREE, whether you rent, buy or lease.
Conditions for the installation of a water cooler
Bottle-fed water coolers

Available space
- There must be sufficient space for installing the water cooler. You can find the exact dimensions of the water cooler on the specific details page.
- For the best performance the water cooler is placed 8 cm from the wall .
- The influence of sunlight on the taste of water is very limited. But it would still be best to find a spot that is not exposed to excessive direct sunlight. Should this not be possible use a bottle jacket that filters the UV light.

Wall socket<
- A wall socket (220V) must be located no more than 1.5 m from the water cooler. If necessary, an extension cord can also be used.

Bottle rack (optional)
- For the best use from the water cooler, a bottle rack is the perfect addition. You will create space around the water cooler. Indeed, the closer the rack is to the water cooler, the easier it will be to place new bottle on the cooler.
Tap-fed water coolers
On every tap-fed water cooler we install a Water-Block as a standard. This intelligent safety device automatically stops the water supply in the event of leak. This prevents water spillage or damage to furniture and carpeting.
If the wall socket and the tap satisfy the following requirements, then installation of the tap-fed water cooler is completely free.

The wall socket
- A wall socket (220V) must be located no more than 1.5 m from the water cooler. If necessary, an extension cord can also be used.

The tap:
- The tap must be at least 25 cm above the ground and must point downwards. If it isn't, the Water-Block can't function properly.
- The tap must have a ¾ inch (25 mm) male connection , with the thread on the outside. Should you be uncertain if your connection will do, you can always contact us.
Should you not have the correct tap an cannot cater for one, you can employ a plumber through our services. He will - for payment - install the required water an electricity provisions.
