The source of Sip-Well crystal water

The Sip-Well sources are located at a depth of 42 meters and are carefully selected in consultation with Professor Lebbe of the University of Ghent. Our crystal water is protected by massive layers of heavy 'Barton Clay' and is supplied by fine aquifying sand layers, called the “Wemmel-Lede-Aquifer”. This process runs over hundreds of years and acts in a purifying manner and gives our water its valuable mineral components. The Sip-Well water is extracted from four points protected with the greatest possible care.

The source water is then further filtered and purified in high-tech installations, so that a perfect mineral balance is achieved.

This contributes - together with permanent checks by internal and external laboratories– to water with the most stable content in terms of calcium and magnesium, and as little as possible of the mineral nitrate and salts.

Because we refilter our source water to make it the purest possible water, we call our Sip-Well water “Crystal Water”. “Moreover, our sources have an excellent mineral composition and we don't use any preservatives or fluoride, our Sip-Well water contains … only the purest water. The high degree of purity means it is the best partner for baby food and special diets.

Available in environmentally friendly 10 litre and 18.9 litre bottles

The Sip-Well water is bottled in polycarbonate bottles of 18.9 and 10 litres. These bottles are manufactured in an environmentally friendly way, are reusable and recyclable. In order to best retain the water quality, they are heat and UV resistant.

Bottled in one of the most advanced bottling plants in the world

The Sip-Well crystal water is bottled in one of the most advanced plants in Europe. Progressive methods such as steam-cleaning and ozone-cleaning demonstrate the strict requirements we have imposed upon ourselves with respect to hygiene. So Sip-Well water is also drinkable to the very last drop in terms of the guaranteed top quality.

Fanatical focus on hygiene, food safety and quality

Fanatical and refusing to compromise: that's the best way to describe our quality policy. For us, quality is the same thing as hygiene and food safety.

One internal and three external laboratories and inspection bodies constantly check and evaluate us. These hygiene and quality inspections run through the entire production process and guarantee pure water and a crystal clear result.
