The SipWell story started 26 years ago on June 4, 1993. But it wasn’t our current name that delivered your water. People talked about Sip-Spring, a subtle link to our ‘source’. The water that we bottle ourselves today (about 25 million liters per year) is delicious quality water and therefore suitable for daily use in the office or at home.

As a 100% Belgian company, we make it our vision to offer crystal clear water from our own sources to private individuals and companies. When we say that SipWell is a home-grown company, we also mean that literally. Our bottling installation is right above our sources, so we can guarantee tasty drinking water of the best quality. Did you know that Brewery Moortgat uses the same water source to brew the Duvel© beer?
Meanwhile, we have more than 30,000 customers who enjoy our modern approach of making water consumption more accessible, both at work and at home. It not only encourages more waterdrinking, such a design water cooler is also an eye-catcher in any interior. Our recyclable bottles and contemporary designed dispensers bring together the best of both worlds. On top, we contribute to the environment without having to drag with bottles.
Since we continuously optimize both our production and our service, we are allowed to call ourselves the Belgian market leader in bottled watercoolers. In 2018 we have made a lot of investments to offer our customers better quality and service. That 99% of our deliveries are on time is not a coincidence. An investment in Roadnet was one of those necessary optimizations. But that’s not all! For example, we also purchased an interactive voice response (IVR) technology in which customers can be assisted immediately upon dial-in without the intervention of a Customer Care Agent and that 24/7. Finally, this website has recently been redesigned with the addition of a fully automated customer platform.
