Perhaps you have already heard of it, but we recently launched our online customer platform: MyAccount. Here you can consult all your personal information. Want to know your next delivery date? Do you want to check if you still have an open invoice? Let us explain how to create an account.
First, surf to our website (www.sipwell.com). You will see a key with “login” there. Click on that. Is it the first time you sign up? Then click on “login with your sipwell contract”. Enter your first name, last name or company name, e-mail address and last invoice number. Note that you must use the e-mail address that is also used for invoicing. No idea what your last invoice number is? And did you immediately remove your invoice from your inbox after you paid? That is not a problem at all. There are some things you can do. Of course you can wait for your next invoice and use that number. Are you eager to discover MyAccount? Then you can simply call us (052 890 890), send an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or send a chat message via our website.
