Device does not give water

  1. Check whether the bottle is not empty
  2. Check whether the sticker has been removed from the bottle cap. If it gets in the way, there is no air in the bottle
  3. Check whether the plug is properly inserted in the socket. Some coolers don’t give water without electricity
    If this is the problem, plug in the power cord and wait 15 minutes before use
  4. Check whether the air filter is not wet
    The air filter is located under the cover of the cooler. Do not forget to pull the plug when you check this!
    If this is the problem, have the filter replaced by the SipWell technician
  5. Check whether the reservoir is not frozen
    The reservoir is located under the cover of the cooler. Do not forget to pull the plug when you check this!
    If this is the problem, unplug the power cord and call the SipWell technician
