Device does not provide hot water

  1. Check whether the switch is ON or I
  2. Check whether the plug is actually inserted in the socket
    If this isn’t the case, please plug in the power socket and wait 15 minutes for use
  3. Check whether the air filter is not wet
    The air filter is located under the cover of the cooler. Do not forget to pull the plug when you check this!
    If this is the case, please contact the SipWell technician to replace the filter
  4. There is a child lock on each heat tap. You can easily unlock this
